Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you should be flexible to work in any timings, will be having the experience to handle Global Team. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and objectives.
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather requirements and facilitate consensus.
• Analyse and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions align with business requirements and objectives.
• Participate in the development and implementation of software applications, systems, and processes.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training and adoption of new systems.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and efficiency gains.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and evaluate complex information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative software development environments.
• Proficiency in requirement management tools, data analysis tools, and business process modelling tools.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, programming concepts, and web technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and excellence.
• Green Belt or White Belt Certification is mandatory.
• Knowledge on AI on Gen AI will be on ad on advantage.
