Senior Recruitment Executive

Job Description:

  • Source potential candidates for IT/technical positions through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards, and professional networks).
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct technical interviews and assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate with HR team to onboard new employees and ensure a smooth integration process.
  • Stay updated with IT trends and technologies to better understand candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain candidate databases and use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track progress.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and HR team on recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with various technical roles and knowledge of IT skills and technologies
  • Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting techniques for IT positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Education:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field
