We are offering a 6-month HR Internship opportunity to a motivated and enthusiastic individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of HR. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our Human Resources team and contribute to recruitment, poster design, scheduling, data management, and coordination activities. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to HR processes and help develop essential skills for a successful career in HR.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help identify suitable candidates.
- Contribute to the design and creation of visually appealing recruitment posters, job advertisements, and other promotional materials.
- Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) or HRIS with candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and arrange interview logistics.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with employee orientation activities.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
- Manage and maintain HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Generate HR reports and assist with data analysis as required
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting agendas.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism and discretion.
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Available for a 6-month internship duration.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new software systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and employees.
- Basic design skills and creativity to contribute to poster design and other HR promotional materials.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience or coursework in HR or related fields is a plus.
